The main purpose of collecting this personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience when using our services. It also enables you to create an account and profile that can be used to interact with our experts. However, you always have the option to choose not to provide certain information by either not becoming a registered user of the site or skipping specific features for which personal information is being collected. You can also modify some of the information you provide through your account page on the website.
Your personal information is used by the consultants to make better assessments of your condition and provide you with the most suitable counseling service. Your information is held securely by the consultant working with you and is typically not shared with other consultants. However, in certain cases, consultants may collaborate to arrive at a better diagnosis and tailor counseling sessions, and only minimal information as required will be shared with others.
We are committed to maintaining the privacy and integrity of your personal information. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive certain communications from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the provided link at the bottom of all communications or remove your phone number from your profile.
We do not require personal data such as race, sexual orientation, political opinion, or religion, and we do not require identification documents such as passports, PAN cards, or Aadhar cards, etc. Before online and telephone sessions begin, you may be asked to submit your phone number and brief details of what you wish to talk about, which will be accessed by the admin team and your selected therapist only.
Your email address will be used as a means of contact to book and conduct sessions, and if you use instant chat, video, or telephone counseling, you will only be contacted via messenger or phone at pre-booked times as per your request for your session.
The selected counselor may choose to keep information about their client’s session time/date for organizational purposes. The information held by the counselor, as well as any session slot bookings such as dates and times that admin may have access to on the booking calendar, will be deleted within 6 months.

- If MANOURJA believes that there is a significant, real, or imminent threat or risk to your health, safety, or life, or to the health, safety, or life of any other person or the public.

- If you have made a health care insurance claim and the insurer requires the Confidential Information for processing the claim.

Any and all disputes arising between the user and MANOURJA with regards to this policy, including the interpretation of the terms of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, India.
